The product does not work.

A. Check whether the power cord is connected to a rated outlet.
A. Check if the controller and power cord are properly connected to the product.
A. Check if the product's setting temperature is higher than the current product's temperature (if the setting temperature is higher than the current product's temperature or room temperature, heating system doesn’t work.)

A strange message appears on the display.

A. When the message E1 appears on the display window, it is a message meaning a malfunction in product function.
First, check the connection status of the controller and the product.
If the controller and the product are not properly connected, the message E1 will be displayed.
If controller and the product is properly connected but alarm message is displayed, stop using the product immediately and disconnect the power cord, and contact the head office.

Is it possible to repair by yourself?

A. All repair by the user or by a private company is prohibited for all products.
If the warranty date is not outdated, problem from repairing by the user or by a private company could not be able to be fixed.

The temperature cannot be set.

A. When you first operate the product default temperature is displayed and the display is switched to the current product temperature. In this situation if you set temperature by button or dial, setting temperature is displayed. After that current temperature is displayed again. Sometimes it is mistaken for a malfunction when the set temperature is changed and displayed like this.

Where should I send A/S?

Head office is doing all the product AS. If you send the product to the head office by parcel enclosing a memo with your name, contact information, address, etc., we will repair the product and send it back to you after calling for AS service.
